At The Wandering Bug, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is aimed at providing clear guidance on the steps to take. We believe that a straightforward refund or exchange policy is essential in building trust and confidence in your purchasing experience.
 
Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our return & exchange policy. We are here to assist you through the process and ensure that your concerns are addressed with care and efficiency.

 

Please contact us within 30 days, after receipt of item(s) or estimated delivery date, to initiate a claim.

We will provide you with a Returns Address to return your items.

 

  • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Any errors that are deemed and verified to be on our part are at our expense.

  • Packages Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Any errors that are deemed to be on our part are at our expense.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: Any claims for incorrect size must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. The item may only be exchanged for a like item of a different size.  The customer bears the expense of shipping the item to our fulfilment facility for exchange.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If an address is provided, that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfilment facility. The customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). If after 30 days the shipment remains unclaimed (at our fulfilment facility), the item(s) will be donated to charity.

  • Items Not Accepted for Return/Exchange: Underwear, swimsuits, baby bodysuits, or other items that may come in contact with bodily fluids will not be accepted for return or exchange if the packaging is opened. Additionally, orders that are custom in nature (i.e., name, office, team) may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a deemed, verifiable error on our part (i.e. misprint, damaged, or defective).
